My sister, who owns our full season tix, had to be in Orlando on business for the last hawks game AND the first GooGoo goal! 2 missed Frosties! HAHAHA! Sad!
My daughter used to think that she had to wear a certain pair of socks to Preds games, and have a teeny-beanie-baby fish in her pocket. Because it worked once.
In a game that was scoreless for 50 minutes. But that was probably the best game I’ve ever seen in the NHL.
And I can think of a lot of games that I had a huge amount of fun at that my team came close to losing. So if they had been losses I might have enjoyed them anyway.
Still I’m rarely entertained by my teams playing badly.
1) Funny thing is Nashville could be the best team in the Conference if they added a primetime scorer
2) (reply to the Hossa for Rinne discussion): Such deal would never present itself …but if it did then hell yes I trade a 33 year old Hossa for Rinne. I love Hossa. He is a top 10 player in the NHL. The best two way player in the game. But if I could net Rinne??? Hell yes I make that move, Rinne is on the cusp of Dominik Hasek goodness for a long time.
No, the Central Division would have those 4 spots. Doesn’t mean that all of the Central Division has to be there for that to be a factually correct statement.

And Eberle came up as “somebody Edmonton should trade” and the Power Play guys were not buying it and asking “who’d want him?” He’s oft injured, inconsistent, etc."
Then, they said that they saw mentions online about Nashville might want to trade Ryan Ellis for him. And they were both aghast, laughing: “Like Nashville would trade a player like Ellis for a rental!”
It was pretty amusing to me, since I get tired of these dumb trades to dump people’s mediocre injured players on us.
I’m getting SO TIRED of hearing about all this trading crap. I really just want to get it over with – whether or not anything happens, I almost don’t even care anymore. Just finish it.
or don’t let them cut their hair if they made a bad mistake during the last game. it’ll be pretty easy to figure out who stays and who goes at the end of the year.

In a game that was scoreless for 50 minutes. But that was probably the best game I’ve ever seen in the NHL.
And I can think of a lot of games that I had a huge amount of fun at that my team came close to losing. So if they had been losses I might have enjoyed them anyway.
Still I’m rarely entertained by my teams playing badly.
